Service

Above all else, we are a service company. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to keep your equipment - and your business - up and running. Our knowledgeable service dispatch representatives will take your call and our service technicians are in the field to perform preventive maintenance, field repairs and emergency repair service on any make or model of equipment. Our enormous parts inventory virtually assures that we have your part in stock.

We do more than talk about good service. We measure and manage our business to our service goals. Our response times average less than two hours. Once you place a service call, we don't want you to ever have to call us back to follow up on that service call. We'll keep you posted every step of the way. We are very proactive and our technicians are extremely customer oriented. We don't go home until the job is done.

On Call Service
On Call Service leaves the administration and responsibility of forklift maintenance in the customers hands. From scheduling repairs and periodic maintenance, to fleet utilization and cost analysis studies. With On Call Service the customer is responsible for: 

  • A one time travel fee. 
  • An hourly rate for service time. 
  • All parts used for the repair
Planned Maintenance Program (PM)
Planned Maintenance, the best of both worlds. You know you don't want to "be in the forklift business", yet you want to minimize & control fleet repair expenses and keep a tight handle on fleet utilization and cost analysis. With a Planned Maintenance program the customer steps out of the "forklift business" and lets the "forklift professional" do the work for them. With a Planned Maintenance program you receive: 
  • An hourly rate for service time. 
  • Scheduled Planned Maintenance. 
  • Periodic maintenance reports on demand. 
  • Cost analysis & utilization reports on demand. 
  • All repairs necessary are billed separately. 
  • By keeping your fleet clean and lubricated properly, you help your forklifts perform better and avoid large, costly overhauls.
Full Maintenance Program (FM)
Full Maintenance, a plan designed for the companies with strict budgetary constraints. With the FM program, we design a plan which locks forklift costs in, tailored to your needs. With  the FM program, you can accurately budget your forklift repair and periodic maintenance costs for up to five years! With the FM program you'll receive: 
  • All repairs (except abuse or misuse). 
  • No travel fee. 
  • All parts required for the repair. 
  • Scheduled Planned Maintenance. 
  • Periodic maintenance reports on demand. 
  • Cost Analysis & utilization reports on demand.
  • A 50% reduction on rentals if you forklift needs to be shopped for repair.
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are also available to support your needs with:
  • Driver/equipment training
  • Preventive analysis and strategies
  • Customized productivity programs
  • Recommendations on reducing costs and downtime
